Born in Sacramento, California, on November 6, 1964, Brian spent his formative years dividing his time between Sacramento and Tucson, Arizona. A man of courage and dedication, Brian proudly served his country as a member of the Marine Corps.
On March 22, 2008, Brian exchanged vows with the love of his life, Elizabeth Spencer, in a heartfelt ceremony in Folsom, California. Their union was a testament to the enduring power of love and commitment.
Brian was a man of many passions and interests. He found joy in immersing himself in role-playing games, indulging in miniature hobbies, and delighting in the vibrant world of anime. His enthusiasm for these pursuits was contagious, and he shared many memorable moments with friends and loved ones.
In 2017, Brian embraced his faith and became a member of the LDS Church, finding solace and strength in his spiritual journey. He will be remembered fondly as a gentle soul with a heart of gold, often likened to a not-so-gruff grizzly bear.
Brian is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Nina Spencer, who surely welcomed him with open arms into the eternal embrace.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Elizabeth Spencer, his loving sons, Stephen Spencer (Jordan Spencer) and Brandon Spencer, his proud father, Lou Spencer, and his adoring grandchildren, Wyatt Kelley, Killian Spencer Kelley, and Lux Spencer. Their memories of Brian will continue to live on in their hearts, offering comfort and solace in the days ahead.
