Cindi M. (Fritz) Wiley (49) Born April 15,1969 and left us on January 25,2019. Survived by son, Nicholas Stewart and daughter, Breanna Howard (Jon). Two grandchildren Jaiden and Jaxson. Also survived by father Michael Fritz, mother Claudette Gross (mic), Sister Angela VanOrsow, and brothers Chad Gross,Jeremy Buttz and numerous extended family members.
Cindi was a Registered Nurse since 2004 and in 2017 graduated with her MSN Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. She currently practiced as an FNP at Southern Arizona Urgent Care.
Services will be held for Cindi at Christ Community Church 530 S. Pantano Rd. on Saturday February 2,2019 at 2:00 p.m. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Family Life Academy Scholarship fund in memory of Cindi.
