Dwane Davis, Sr.

Dwane Davis, Sr. was born June 24, 1958 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leo and Margerine (Brewer) Evans. He died December 19, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona. Dwane spent most of his time growing up in Lufkin, Texas.

He was a man of the highways, never wanting to be tied down. He never wanted to be in one place for too long. The highway is where he felt most free. It is no wonder he spent time in the U.S. Marine Corp. 

Dwane was a carpenter by trade but loved working on his cars. He was quite the talker, always making friends when he met someone new. Sometimes he would talk a little too much.

Dwane is preceded in death by his father, Leo Evans and brother, Randy Lamb.

He is survived by his children, Dwane Davis, Jr. and Jennifer Davis; his mother, Margerine Evans and siblings, Rodney Lamb, Sonjia Lamb, Kunnard Lamb, Carolyn Collins and Beverly Evans.
