Jesusita Lucia Elias, beloved mother, devoted wife, and faithful servant of Jehovah, peacefully passed away on June 13, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was 72 years old.
Born on April 2, 1952, Lucia was a cherished daughter, sister, and aunt. She dedicated her life to her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, finding deep fulfillment in her spiritual community and sharing her beliefs with warmth and conviction.
Throughout her life, Lucia embodied compassion and kindness, touching the lives of all who knew her. She was known for her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, and steadfast love for her family. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she always offered a listening ear and a helping hand to those in need.
Lucia leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and integrity. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Juan, her children Mabel (Juvenal) Fontes, Anabel (Alberto) Mendoza, Juan (Adrianna) Elias, her grandchildren and great grandson who will continue to cherish her memory and emulate her example of faithfulness and love.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 5462 S. 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706 on July 6, 2024 at 3pm, where friends and family will gather to celebrate her life and legacy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Liver Foundation at www.liverfoundation.org , in memory of Lucia.
Though she is no longer with us in person, Lucia's spirit and love will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Jesusita Lucía Elías, amada madre, dedicada esposa y fiel sierva de Jehová, falleció pacíficamente el 13 de junio de 2024, rodeada de su cariñosa familia. Tenía 72 años de edad.
Nacida el 2 de abril de 1952, Lucía fue una hija querida, hermana y tía. Dedicó su vida a su fe como Testigo de Jehová, encontrando profunda satisfacción en su comunidad espiritual y compartiendo sus creencias con calidez y convicción.
A lo largo de su vida, Lucía encarnó la compasión y la bondad, tocando las vidas de todos los que la conocieron. Era conocida por su espíritu gentil, fe inquebrantable y amor constante por su familia. Su generosidad no conocía límites, y siempre ofrecía un oído atento y una mano amiga a quienes lo necesitaban.
Lucía deja un legado de fe, amor e integridad. Le sobreviven su amado esposo de 47 años, Juan, sus hijos Mabel (Juvenal) Fontes, Anabel (Alberto) Mendoza, Juan (Adrianna) Elías, sus nietos y bisnieto quienes seguirán apreciando su memoria y emulando su ejemplo de fidelidad y amor.
