John B. Moore

John Baldwin Moore, age 68, of Tucson, Arizona, died peacefully at his home on November 26, 2024.

John was survived by his older brother, Kirk Moore III of Maryland and younger brother, Robert Coleman Moore of Pennsylvania.

John grew up in Baltimore Maryland. He graduated from Boys’ Latin School of Maryland in 1975 and Western Maryland College (now known as McDaniel College).

In the early 80’s, after graduating from college, John enjoyed working in Baltimore Harbor Place as a bar manager for “The Soup Kitchen” Restaurant.

It was in 1985 that John moved out to the great southwest of Tucson, Arizona where he had vacationed many times years prior.

Jay became a certified Radiology Technician. He worked many years at Urgent Care centers in Tucson until his retirement in 2017.

John remained in Tucson hiking and touring the desert of Arizona until his last days.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Sensible Funerals and Cremation, 109 W. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona 85705.
