TJ passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 39. He was born on August 28, 1981.
TJ was the 1st grandchild to his grandparents John Rice and Don and Bernie Melton who welcomed him into heaven. He is survived by his mom Sherri and step dad Alfred Lewis and his younger brother Danny Lopez (Tessa) his aunts and uncles Mike Rice (Norma) Kim Tupper (Joe) Chuck Rice (Debbie) and his 7 cousins who he loved and talked about a lot. TJ was an adventurous and fun loving kid and enjoyed life. Family was very important to him. He was a pitcher for Old Pueblo baseball until he was 15. His favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys and he loved dancing to Michael Jackson’s music. TJ struggled with mental illness through his teens and into his adult life but he was the sweetest most caring person to anyone he met. He is loved and missed so much by his family. TJ’s Celebration Of Life will be July 31st at 1:00 pm at Christian Faith Fellowship, 1900 N Country Club, Tucson 85716
