Rudy grew up in Tucson AZ His family moved to Superior AZ where he lived for 5 years as a young child and then returned to Tucson. Rudy was a third generation Tucsonian
Rudy Graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School class of 66
Rudy attended Glendale and Pima Community Colleges
He also served in the National Guard for 6 years

Rudy married the love of his life Patti in 1982

Rudy proudly worked as a locomotive engineer with the Union Pacific Railroad for 45 years

Rudy had a love for playing and watching sports and he found immense joy playing golf He enjoyed the U of A sports and was a true wildcat fan

Rudy was noble kind and beloved by his family including his railroad family

Rudy was survived by his wife Patti of 42 years along with his two sons Michael wife Liz and Matt fiance Lily

Rudy loved his grandchildren LuisAntonio age 10 Andrea age 8 and MiguelFernando age 4

Rudy was survived by numerous cousins and nieces and nephews

Rudy was preceded in death by his parents Cosme and Maria Louisa and sister Tina and nephew Cosme
