Martha E. Gallegos

Martha "Molly" Gallegos (née Ruiz Esparza), 83, passed away on February 3, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. Born on December 1, 1941, in Flagstaff, Arizona, she lived a life defined by love, generosity, and an unwavering spirit.

Martha was a woman of immense compassion and selflessness. She dedicated her life to giving to others, always extending kindness and care to those around her. Her greatest passion was cooking - she believed that food was love, and through her meals, she nurtured and comforted many. A woman of many talents, she was also a gifted cartoonist with a sharp sense of humor that could bring laughter to any room.

Her love for nature was evident in her devotion to gardening; she cherished her plants as if they were family. She had a deep appreciation for all creatures, big or small, and treated them with the same kindness she showed to people.

A devout Jehovah's Witness, Martha's faith was a cornerstone of her life. Though health challenges prevented her from being as active in her congregation as before, her belief remained steadfast.

Martha will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and the joy she brought to those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who were touched by her kindness.
