Noah Jobe Porter, age 26, passed away suddenly in Tucson on March 2nd, 2021. Noah blazed
his own path, made significant contributions to the development of the autonomous vehicle
industry, and never backed away from the challenges his work presented. Noah was brilliant,
funny, kind, and was always willing to help others. His goal in life was to leave the world in a
better place than he found it. He succeeded in far more ways than he ever realized, and
touched so many lives along the way.
He is survived by his parents, Catherine Kilgore and Michael McCoy, Grandparents Myra Lynn
and Eugene Carty, Aunt Robin Hicks, Brother and Sister-in-law Johnathan and Cassandra
Kilgore, Niece Isla Kilgore, Cousins Nathan and Allison Hicks, as well as a large extended
family and many friends who miss him terribly.
Noah’s life will be celebrated privately among family. We ask that those who wish to honor him
