Rebecca Bagalay

Rebecca Bagalay, beloved wife, mother, and cherished member of the community, passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 74. She was born on January 03, 1950, in Batangas, Philippines, to Juan Cunag and Conchita Malabanan.

Rebecca resided in Tucson for 18 years, where she devoted herself to her family and home. She was a loving wife of 53 years and a dedicated mother to her five children. Rebecca's warmth and kindness endeared her to all who knew her, and her patience was a virtue that touched many lives.

Among her passions, Rebecca had a particular love for gardening, especially cultivating vegetables that she would later delight in preparing and sharing with her family. Rebecca also had a fondness for fish and enjoyed pairing meals with a comforting cup of coffee.

Rebecca will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who remember her for her gentle spirit, unwavering love, and the countless ways she enriched their lives. Her legacy of compassion and dedication to her loved ones will continue to inspire all who knew her.
