Rodney Kent Miller, passed away peacefully in Phoenix, Arizona on June 6, 2018 at the age of 80. Rodney is survived by his wife, Barbara Nell Miller his daughters, Kay Isaac, Traci Tallbit and Denise Steiger and granddaughter, Nichole Isaac. Rodney was born on March 29, 1938 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to James Walter Miller and Emily Peer. Rodney proudly served in the United States Army as a Maintenance Technician. No funeral services are scheduled at this time
