Terry P. Way, 67, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at St Joseph's Hospital in Tucson, Arizona following an extended illness. He was born August 26, 1957 in Aurora, Colorado to parents Peter and Gayle (Gaver) Way. Terry was an airframe structure mechanic employed at 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, affectionately known as "the boneyard".
Terry was an active member of the American Legion. Most of all he loved his two boxers, Reba and Lacey and lovingly referred to them as "his girls". Terry also had a pet parrot for the last twenty years, "Patty". He enjoyed working on his antique cars and attending car shows and races.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Way; granddaughter, Hannah Way and the mother of his daughters, Rhonda Arce.
Mr. Way is survived by daughters, Phaedra Grate (Tommy) and Tamara Way (friend Tony Darrow); his mother, Gayle Way and sisters, Lori Scoles (Rick) and Coleen Doyle.
Terry will be honored Saturday, March 1st at 1:00pm at The Samprese Clubhouse, 7645 E. Turnquist Street, Tucson, AZ 85715.
